 Each of our villa owners offers a minimum base level of amenities and services below.  Owners of larger, more expensive villas may also offer additional benefits such as welcome baskets, event planning, additional housekeeping, airport meet & greet, more accidental damage protection, kayaks, etc. 


 Silver Thatch Guest Services attempts to narrow the experience gap between staying at an upscale hotel or condo and a staying in a vacation rental villa with the only the bare essentials. 

Until Silver Thatch, our guests were often left to themselves to find the home and let themselves in. They were either sent combinations to key safes or asked to collect the keys at the AVIS rental car counter or meet someone at another location for directions and keys. Poor stocking of toiletries & paper products were also a concern as well. We have always thought it could be done much better.

 After arrival and rental car collection, our guests will be personally greeted by the staff at the Silver Thatch Guest Welcome Center (on the way to 90% of the rental villas on island.) The staff will provide any combinations/keys, directions, activity brochures, copy of contract, branded amenities and personalized Silver Thatch Discount Card as well as help answer their questions and make suggestions. While we can accomodate “express” check-in without stopping at Silver Thatch, invariably our guests call back with needs that could have been sorted in a 5 minute stop. 

The service fee includes (at a minimum) hotel-grade toiletries in each villa bathroom, Accidental Damage Protection, early check -in*, on-island guest service contact/follow-up, wine/spirits receipt/hold, fitness center access, business center resources, pack-n-play and baby gear check-out  and the most tangible benefit… our proprietary Silver Thatch Guest Discount Card that is recognized and accepted at most vendors, restaurants and water-sports providers in the Eastern Districts where over 90% of all rental villas are located.  For a limited time, we also include free use of snorkel equipment collected and dropped off at Silver Thatch for all members of your party.
